Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar storage voxel3di.co.uk uses, what each one is for, and how to change your mind. It is short because the list is short.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you between pages or visits. Some sites also use the browser's own storage for the same purpose. We list both below.

Strictly necessary

These make the site work — signing in, remembering your region, and remembering the choices you have already made. They do not track you across other websites and do not need your consent.

NameTypeWhat it doesHow long
v3d_sessionCookieKeeps you signed in to your Voxel3Di account so the header can show your name, cart and portal link, and so the shop and portal on app.voxel3di.co.uk recognise you.Until you sign out, or when your session expires
v3di_storefrontCookieRemembers the region you chose so prices are shown in the right currency on every page instead of being re-detected from your connection.1 year
v3d_pro_ackBrowser storage (localStorage)Records that you confirmed you are a dental professional, so the notice is not shown again on this browser. Never leaves your device.Until you clear site data
CookieScriptConsentCookieStores the choice you made in the cookie banner so we can honour it on your next visit and not ask again.Set by the banner; typically 1 year

Analytics and marketing

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags — Google Analytics and, at times, tags from advertising platforms we run campaigns on. They help us understand which pages are useful and measure our campaigns. They are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner; until then no analytics or marketing cookie is set. The names and lifetimes of those cookies are shown in the banner's settings, as they are controlled by the third party that sets them.

Changing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Open the banner's settings with this link — Cookie settings — and tick or untick the categories you are happy with; the change applies immediately. You can also delete cookies or block them for this site in your browser's settings, though the strictly necessary ones will be set again when you sign in or choose a region.

Questions

How we use the information cookies help us collect is described in our privacy policy. For anything else, email info@voxel3di.co.uk or write to Voxel3Di Ltd, 22 Wenlock Road, London, UK.
