Precise control of the entry point and angulation is essential when managing calcified, narrow or hidden canals. Endo Guide provides a planned and guided access path so you can approach these demanding cases with greater predictability and reduced chair-side stress.
What is Endo Guide?
Endo Guide is a fully digital guided endodontic solution. Using your CBCT data and surface scan, our team plans an access path to the canal and designs a tooth-supported guide that directs the drill according to the planned entry point, angulation and depth.
The guide is produced as a high-precision 3D-printed template into which the original StecoGuide® titanium sleeves are inserted, enabling you to use dedicated guided endo drills for accurate canal location.
Digital workflow
- Upload CBCT (DICOM) and intraoral/desktop scan (STL) through your Voxel3Di account.
- Specify tooth number, suspected canal anatomy and any existing restorations or crowns.
- Voxel3Di plans the drill axis and access according to your instructions and clinical goals.
- The endodontic guide is designed around StecoGuide® sleeves and exported as an STL.
- The guide is 3D printed, finished and delivered together with the planning report.
Ideal indications
- Teeth with pulp canal calcification and difficult canal negotiation.
- Retreatment cases where canal location is uncertain.
- Anterior and posterior teeth with limited remaining reference anatomy.
- Cases where you want to minimise dentine removal and preserve tooth structure.
Endo Guide is a planning and guide manufacturing service for qualified clinicians. Final clinical decisions and operative protocols remain under the responsibility of the treating dentist.
